Personal Product Advice

Not sure which Urbanature product or configuration is right for your space? We are happy to offer personal advice and help you find the solution that best suits your balcony, terrace, indoor space or bicycle.

To help us make a tailored recommendation, simply send us a few details about your requirements:

• where you plan to use the product
• the available space or relevant dimensions
• your intended use and preferred features
• any specific requirements or questions

You are also welcome to send us photos or a simple sketch of the intended space. This allows us to assess your requirements more accurately and recommend the most suitable solution for you.

We dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your parcel has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where tracking is available, the email will also include your tracking number and a link to the delivery service provider.
