1. General information, scope of application

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to our offers, deliveries, and services in our online store.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Offers, order confirmation, conclusion of the contract

2.1 Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the “Shopping cart” button. You can delete products by clicking on the “Remove from shopping cart” button. By clicking on the “Buy” button, you are placing a legally binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The process can be canceled by closing the browser window. You will find further information on the individual pages. You will receive confirmation of receipt by email immediately after submitting your order. The mere confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the contract. You will receive a separate order confirmation within 5 days of the confirmation of receipt. This concludes the purchase contract.

2.2 The contract text is stored by us on our systems, but is not accessible to the customer there. Order data and terms and conditions are sent to the customer by email. The terms and conditions can also be found on the pages of our online shop.

2.3 The conclusion of the contract is subject to the correct and timely delivery by our suppliers. This only applies in the event that we are not responsible for the non-delivery, in particular if we have concluded a congruent covering transaction with our supplier. We expressly do not assume any procurement risk if we have concluded a purchase agreement with our supplier for the service owed.

3. Prices, shipping costs, and shipping conditions

The prices listed on the product pages include sales tax and all other price components. In addition to the prices listed, shipping costs will be charged as follows.

For orders up to a value of EUR 149.99, shipping costs of at least EUR 6.90 will be charged.

All orders over EUR 150.00 are delivered free of charge (within Germany).

We deliver worldwide. Delivery is made by freight forwarder (goods that cannot be shipped by parcel service) or a parcel service provider (goods that can be shipped by parcel service).

Payment must be made in cash upon collection. Other payment methods such as invoice or credit card are not possible for security reasons.

4. Delivery time

The delivery time is 1– 5 days. We will inform the customer of any delivery times that deviate from this on the product page itself.

5. Terms of payment

The customer can choose between payment in advance, PayPal, or credit card. If the customer chooses to pay in advance, our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 7 days.

6. Retention of title

6.1 All goods delivered by us remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. Prior to transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, or alteration is not permitted without our consent.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
