Shipping Costs
We ship your goods as quickly as possible as an insured package. As soon as the package is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Returns and Refund
You have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your package. Please contact us and inform us of your return. All buyers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with the delivery note or invoice number so that we can identify the shipment.
Please be sure to return the goods to us in their original packaging.
Please do not send the goods without postage.
We process your return and refund the money as soon as the item is received back to us. Your balance will be returned to the account from which you paid your order.
