returns / refunds
You have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us and inform us of your return. All buyers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice or a note with the delivery note or invoice number so that we can identify the shipment.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us in their original packaging.
Please do not send the goods carriage forward.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price. Your credit will be transferred back to the account from which you paid for your order.
