Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. In the case of goods from a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; in the case of partial deliveries, it begins upon receipt of the last partial delivery or the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below; however, this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the ‘Withdraw from contract’ function provided on our website. Once you have submitted your withdrawal, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us no later than fourteen days after you have given notice of withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
For returns within Germany, we cover the cost of the return delivery. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, we will email you a free returns label. For goods that cannot be sent by parcel post, we will arrange collection with you on a case-by-case basis.
For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post in the usual way, the return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 295.00 euros.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
