Cancellation policy

Returns After receiving the goods, the buyer may cancel the contract within 14 days by sending a written notice of cancellation and returning the goods (unused and in their original packaging, together with the invoice). The goods should be sent to:

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment. In the event of revocation, all payments already made will be refunded immediately, including shipping costs. Compensation for lost value may be demanded if the goods have deteriorated. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively attributable to their inspection. The obligation to pay compensation can be avoided by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from anything that could impair their value. The aforementioned right of withdrawal only applies to orders placed by a consumer for purposes that are neither commercial nor self-employed.
