You have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your package. Please contact us and inform us of your return. The shipping costs for the return shipment are always borne by the buyer. Upon request, we will send you a pre-filled return slip. The costs for this will be deducted from your refund. Producing concrete of consistent quality is impossible. Air pockets and slight discolorations can occur. A reason for us to reduce the price significantly. We offer B-quality for up to 60% cheaper. Do the plant boxes have an overflow?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Plants do not like waterlogging, so an overflow in the outdoor area is absolutely necessary. The upper flower boxes drip down, the lower box has a sealing plug. The sealing plug is no longer lost and is firmly connected to the plant box. We recommend keeping the planter permanently closed and using the water level indicator as a guide. Water the plants with care. You are welcome to contact us in this regard. The indoor vertical planter<\/a>s do not require an overflow.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n

What does hydroponic planting system mean?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Hydroponics means – without soil but only water + fertilizer\/nutrients + mineral clay granules as an anchor for the roots. All this is not rocket science. Compared to soil, hydroponics always have a constant concentration of nutrients. No bugs in the pot, reduced evaporation, water less. How stable is the HOCHGARTEN flower stand?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

The plant stand\u00a0HOCHGARTEN<\/a>\u00a0weighs 15 kg. It is recommended that it stands on a firm and level surface. Smaller unevennesses can be compensated by spreading the wooden poles. Upon customer request, we offer the flower stand with an optional base plate. The stand area is then 60 cm and is perfect for hotels and semi-public spaces.The plant stand stainless steel\u00a0HOCHGARTEN Edelstahl<\/a>\u00a0has set screws. You do not have to, but you can! The handle \/ climbing pole of the\u00a0planter on wheels BLUMENTROLLEY<\/a>\u00a0is made of knotless larch wood and therefore weather resistant. Can I extend the VERTICAL GARDEN?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

We recommend to extend the plant shelf\u00a0VERTICAL GARDEN<\/a>\u00a0up to a maximum of four floors only. Otherwise you need a ladder to reach the plants and we think that the load is too heavy if you extend any further. Is the robinia wood surface-treated?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

The robinia wood is natural, i.e. untreated. Due to its very high density, robinia absorbs hardly any oils or glazes. Save yourself the trouble. This is also why very little water penetrates the wood. The wood turns gray very slowly over time. Robinia is the most durable European hardwood (also known as the teak of the north) and corresponds to durability class 1. Store the plant stand in the basement during the winter months. If you prefer weather-resistant surfaces, choose anodized aluminum plant stands here in the shop<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n

How do I attach the H\u00c4NGEGARTEN wall greenery?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

We recommend to use the included parts to fix the wall greening\u00a0HANGING GARDEN<\/a>. A solid wall is necessary (alternatively a double planked drywall). If you only have a simple drywall, you will need special dowels. You can find the HANGING GARDEN in our\u00a0SHOP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Does the PLANT TROLLEY need a water level indicator?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

No. However, it would be helpfull if you want to use the entire 4.5 liters water reservoir of the planter on wheels\u00a0PLANT TROLLEY<\/a>. The plant must be large and should have a lot of roots. This is not a problem with plants such as bamboo, geranium or fast-growing vegetables. Indoors, an\u00a0aquamat<\/a>\u00a0is a must have.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Are the pots for the plant stand not a little bit too small?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

We recommend to use the maximum pot size for the\u00a0plant stand HOCHGARTEN<\/a>. 13 cm in diameter and 12 cm high. The plants should be fertilized regularly and repotted once a year. A little advice: use the water reservoir of up to 250 ml. The plants form water roots by themselves and make use of the water depot. Our Tip: Use hydroponic plants and use insets for your plant stand, click here >><\/a>. Hydroponics means – no bugs etc., a constant supply of nutrients and more lush growth. Hydro plants are available from any well-stocked garden supply store, or you can root them yourself from plants. Simply cut off the shoot tips and place in water until they sprout roots. Is my bike fixed to the BIKEBLOCK safely?<\/p>\n\t\t\t

The BIKEBLOCK should be placed on level, solid ground, i.e., not on gravel, sand, or grass. With sufficient tire pressure, the rims will not come into contact with the concrete. We recommend the Bike Block 3.0 for heavy bikes weighing over 12 kg. This prevents the front wheel from turning and ensures a secure stand. The small aluminum disc \u201cWheel Stopper\u201d is very inert and can also be screwed on if necessary. The Wheel Stopper can be adjusted precisely to a tire width of 20 to 55 mm.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
