Switzerland and other countries

Delivery charges depend on the destination country, the size and weight of your order, and will be shown to you during the ordering process. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.

Delivery time

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–5 working days. If a different delivery time applies to a particular item, you’ll find this information directly on the relevant product page.

Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Here’s how to return an item:

1. Please let us know that you wish to cancel your order and, if possible, provide your order number.

2. For returns within Germany, we will email you a free returns label. For items that cannot be sent by parcel post, we will arrange collection with you on a case-by-case basis.

3. Pack the goods securely and ensure they are fully protected for transport, attach the returns label to the parcel in a clearly visible position, and hand the parcel in at the specified courier.

We will cover the cost of returns within Germany. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the direct return costs. You are welcome to use the original packaging, provided you still have it. However, this is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

    Refund

Once we have received your return, the refund will generally be made via the payment method you used when placing your order. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.

    Damaged or incorrect delivery?

If an item has arrived damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, please contact our customer service team first. It’s best to send us your order number straight away and, in the case of damage, a few photos of the goods and packaging via the ‘Complaints’ section. That way, we can help you quickly.

    We’re happy to help.

Do you have any questions about your order, delivery or returns?
